Working zone by zone through R, RD, RS and RT, it adds a retail store permission on corner lots and lots adjacent to non-residential uses, and an outdoor sales or display permission, each with conditions on interior floor area, storey, waste storage in a wholly enclosed area, and setbacks from lot lines.
