A seven-page agreement made between the City of Toronto, a private property owner and the arborist that owner retains, covering work on city trees immediately adjacent to the property. Its twenty-three numbered clauses recite City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 813, Trees, Article II and Chapter 608, Parks, Article VII, then set out arborist qualifications, utility clearances and the limit of approach, insurance amounts, tree planting, pruning and stump removal standards, notice addresses, and the commencement and completion dates. Owner, arborist and City signature blocks close it.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
