The only Toronto rate sheet in this set to carry two effective dates side by side. Its opening notice records that Council adopted MM29.16 in April 2025 and elected to maintain development charge rates at their current levels for housing developments, so that the 4% indexing adjustment scheduled for May 1, 2025 does not apply as of that date. Six numbered tables follow: residential non-rental, residential rental and non-residential, each given twice — once at the June 6, 2024 rates and once at the May 1, 2025 indexed rates.
