The unpopulated version of the City of Toronto's draft zoning by-law amendment template, the shortest of the three published together on the application support material terms of reference page. It carries the same council authority line, recitals and numbered structure as the worked Lands-In Regular template, but every site specific regulation is left as a lettered placeholder rather than an example, down to the note that further subregulations cannot follow regulation 1.20.1(2). Two exception sections, severance, temporary use and holding symbol clauses close it.

What it covers

  • Introductory Guidance – Template Lands-In Blank
  • Authority
  • Site Specific Provisions
  • Prevailing By-laws and Prevailing Sections
  • Temporary Use(s)
  • Holding Symbol Provisions
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
