The 2013-10 revision of Toronto Building's three-page worksheet for evaluating an alternative solution, the version that closes with a for-office-use block: examiner and manager accept or reject with justification and conditions, a referral to the alternative solution panel with its reason, and the panel's own decision. Ahead of that block it records the project location and permit application number, the owner, designer or agent, the preparer's qualifications, the summary of proposal, the applicable Division B provisions, previously approved alternate solutions, and the comparison of performance levels.
