The City of Mississauga's urban design guidelines for back to back townhouses and stacked townhouses, written as infill replaces greenfield development in the city. After the urban design objectives and the building types — typically three to four storeys, stacked vertically or horizontally with access from grade — it runs a checklist of nineteen principles from building height inside a 45 degree angular plane and block length capped at eight linear unit modules, through below grade units, exposed parking structures and waste collection, closing with design standard diagrams for the RM9, RM10 and RM11 zones.
