Subsection 4.15.4 of Mississauga Zoning By-law 0225-2007, the RA3 exception zones. Thirty-six pages of numbered entries each open with an RA3-prefixed zone symbol, its zoning map sheets and the by-laws and tribunal orders that created it, then carry only the departures from the RA3 base zone in section 4.15.1. Floor space index minimums and maximums dominate, joined on individual sites by townhouse uses, garage face setbacks, height limits and landscaped buffer depths written separately for an easterly or westerly side yard.
