Subsection 4.15.3 of Mississauga Zoning By-law 0225-2007, the RA2 exception zones. Each numbered entry names an RA2-prefixed zone symbol, the zoning map sheets it appears on and the amending by-laws behind it, then lists only what departs from the RA2 base zone in section 4.15.1. Most set a minimum and maximum floor space index for an apartment zone; the larger sites add height, dwelling unit counts, setbacks to lot lines abutting residential and greenlands zones, parking structure setbacks and site development schedules.
