A parking study prepared for the City of Mississauga by Paradigm Transportation Solutions Limited for the lands bounded by Eglinton Avenue West, Ninth Line, Highway 403 and Ridgeway Drive. Two occupancy surveys put peak demand at 893 of 901 spaces at Platinum Plaza and 747 of 749 at Odyssey Plaza, against Zoning By-law 0225-2007 requirements of 930 and 1,231 spaces and higher ITE forecasts again. The report goes on to a restaurant gross floor area cap, traffic calming options and a pedestrian connections review.
