Part A is the owner's undertaking: that the named architect and professional engineers have been retained to review construction against the permit drawings, that their reports go promptly to the Chief Building Official, and that a replacement is appointed if one steps away. Part B carries each consultant's certification, with boxes for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical.
