Section 4.2 of Mississauga Zoning By-law 0225-2007, the RL residential large lot and RS residential small lot zones — Mississauga's typical-lot detached dwelling and semi-detached zones. Table 4.2.1 gives every figure twice over, once for a detached dwelling and once for a semi-detached, and again for interior and corner lots: lot area, lot frontage, lot coverage, front, exterior and interior side and rear yards, garage face setback, height and landscaped area. Subsection 4.2.2, the Residential Large Lot Exception Zones, then fills the bulk of the file's 154 pages.
