Subsection 4.15.5 of Mississauga Zoning By-law 0225-2007, the RA4 exception zones. Each numbered entry names an RA4-prefixed zone symbol, its zoning map sheets and the amending by-laws behind it, then carries only what differs from the RA4 base zone in section 4.15.1. Alongside floor space index and height figures, several entries add uses to the base zone — restaurant, take-out restaurant, art gallery, museum, retail store, day care, recreation building and townhouse among them — with matching gross floor area, dwelling unit width and parking space figures.
