Subsection 6.2.3 of Mississauga Zoning By-law 0225-2007, the exception zones of the C2 neighbourhood commercial zone. Each numbered entry names its C2-prefixed zone symbol, zoning map sheets and amending by-laws, then lists only its departures from the C2 base zone in section 6.2.1. Motor vehicle uses recur as additions — gas bar, motor vehicle wash facility restricted, motor vehicle service station and garden centre — beside gross floor area caps, landscaped buffer depths measured to a residential zone or a named street, and parking spaces per 100 m2.
