Subsection 4.2.3 of Mississauga Zoning By-law 0225-2007, which the by-law itself titles Residential Small Lot Exception Zones — the RS-prefixed exceptions. Each numbered entry names its zone symbol, zoning map sheets and amending by-laws, then lists only the departures from the RS base zone in section 4.2.1: lot area and frontage for interior and corner lots, lot coverage, front, exterior and interior side and rear yards, garage face setbacks, driveway widths, and the treatment of a linked dwelling. At 142 pages it is the residential part's longest exception block.
