Subsection 6.2.6 of Mississauga Zoning By-law 0225-2007, the exception zones of the C5 motor vehicle commercial zone. Each numbered entry names its C5-prefixed zone symbol, zoning map sheets and amending by-laws, then carries only its departures from the C5 base zone in section 6.2.1. Several narrow a site to a gas bar alone or add a convenience restaurant or an office; one applies across more than twenty map sheets to remove the restricted motor vehicle wash facility. Kiosk floor area, rear yard, landscaped buffer depth and parking counts follow.
