Introduced after Council adopted the Watermain Fire Flow Requirement Design Guidelines Policy through staff report PW19096 in November 2019, it records required fire flow by the water supply flow rate method of the Ontario Building Code, a target from a land-use table, and available fire flow from a hydrant test or computer modelling, ending in a declaration of adequate services.
