Overview

Hamilton's Development Application Guidelines for a 3D Model, the digital building massing and site model filed with applications for developments six storeys or taller, in a February 20, 2026 edition and an October 2022 edition issued as Appendix "B45" to Report PED22112(d). It lists preferred and acceptable file formats (SketchUp, ESRI multipatch, OBJ, DAE, KMZ), the mass model's content, including naming, metric units, NAD 27 MTM 3 or WGS 84 coordinates and Level of Detail 1 or 2, and a checklist.
