Urban design guidelines for the Community Core of Binbrook Village in Hamilton, developed by the City's Long Range Planning and Design Division as recommended in the Binbrook Village Secondary Plan, which the former Township of Glanbrook approved in December 1999. They define the village's character and key urban design principles, then give heritage, streetscape, architectural, public space, gateway and parking design guidelines, covering alterations and additions to heritage buildings, storefronts, signage, street trees and consolidated parking lots, and close with implementation through capital projects and zoning.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
