Overview
The City of Hamilton's Development Application Guidelines for a Housing Report, printed as Appendix "B15" to Report PED22112(d) and last updated October 2022. In two pages it gives the report's purpose, showing how a residential proposal contributes to the housing policies and targets of the Urban Hamilton Official Plan, and lists its contents under Housing Information, Additional Housing Considerations and Planning Rationale. It places the report as a separate section of a Planning Justification Report, among the City's terms of reference for studies filed with planning applications.
