Hamilton's Development Application Guidelines for an Erosion Hazard Assessment, last updated February 13, 2026, used to verify the exact erosion hazard limit near a proposed development. It defines the erosion hazard and the parts of its limit, among them the 100 year erosion rate, slope stability and toe erosion, for confined and unconfined river systems and the Lake Ontario shoreline. It lists the report contents, cites the provincial technical guides of 2001 and 2002, and names the four conservation authorities covering Hamilton as reviewers.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
