Overview

A one-page City of Hamilton flow chart of how wastewater capacity is allocated in the Airport Employment Growth District (AEGD). It runs three tracks, plan of subdivision, consent or site plan, and building or sewer permit applications, from the pre-consultation stage through the complete application, with its functional servicing or wastewater generation report, to conditional approval, the developer's formal request letter, the City's reservation of capacity, and final approval or permit issuance. It accompanies the AEGD request letter and Schedule 1 map on the City's allocation policy page.

What it covers

  • Conditional Approval of Draft Plan / Site Plan / Consent
