Hamilton's Development Application Guidelines for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and the Summary of Environmentally Significant Areas Impact Evaluation Group (ESAIEG) Comments, in a February 19, 2026 edition and an October 2022 edition issued as Appendix "B11" to Report PED22112(d). It covers studies of Core Areas and of lands within 120 metres of a proposed development, the natural environment experts who prepare them, the Terms of Reference approved by Natural Heritage staff, ESAIEG's advisory review and its fee, and contacts for the four conservation authorities in Hamilton.
