Hamilton's Transportation Assessment Guidelines, 2024, from the Planning and Economic Development Department, update the 2009 Transportation Impact Study Guidelines for studies filed with Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, draft plans of subdivision and site plans. They cover pre-study consultation with Transportation Planning, report types from a trip generation letter to a full assessment, count data, traffic forecasting, multi-modal level of service, intersection and queue analysis in Synchro, complete streets conditions and mitigation strategies, with fifteen appendices of checklists, templates and modelling parameters.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
