The City of Hamilton Building Division's joint undertaking on lot grading, signed by the owner and by the grading consultant retained to prepare the grading plan and provide general review. Four numbered warranties cover the plan itself, the Lot Grading Certificate Declaration and as-built plan that follow, replacing a consultant who stops partway, and grading altered after the permit file closes. A second page sets out the City's grading and drainage policies and fifteen lettered items the plan shows, from swale location to garage floor elevation.
