Section 6.0 of the City of Hamilton's zoning by-law, the provisions applying across the downtown zones in addition to sections 6.1, 6.2 and 6.5. It substitutes downtown definitions of development and of the front lot line on a corner lot, then sets a three metre stepback from the base façade height in Schedule F Special Figure 15, tower separation for buildings above 44 metres, and façade rules inside the heritage character zone — glazing percentages, storey heights and a cladding list of brick, concrete panels, stone, stucco and metal.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
