The City of Hamilton's spreadsheet of pre-approved street names — the pool a proposed name for a new public or private road is drawn from, rather than the form for adding a name to it or the procedures describing how naming works. Each row pairs a name with a district code and a comment: the municipality the name came from — Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas, Flamborough, Glanbrook or Stoney Creek — names held for future development in Fruitland, Winona and Waterdown, and commemorative notes on the people a name honours.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
