The City of Hamilton's fill-in draft for a by-law amending Zoning By-law No. 6593, the former City of Hamilton zoning by-law that the City of Hamilton Act, 1999 continues in force. Its recitals reach back to the by-law's July 1950 enactment and December 1951 Ontario Land Tribunal approval, the oldest of the seven templates. Its clauses amend a numbered Sheet rather than a Schedule map, and modify the regulations in a named section with “notwithstanding” and “in addition to” special requirements.
