City of Hamilton By-law No. 15-051, to license lotteries, which its own general provisions call the lottery licensing by-law. It sets what the issuer of licences may license — bingo events up to $5,500 in prizes, raffles up to $50,000, break open ticket events, bazaars and media bingo — along with pooling bingo hall authorizations and no-objection letters. Eligibility, application content, licence conditions, licensee record-keeping and offences follow. It repeals By-law No. 04-134 and points to the business licensing by-law, By-law No. 07-170, for appeals.
