Section 7.2 of the City of Hamilton Zoning By-law, covering the Community Park (P2) zone. It permits community garden, recreation, urban farm and urban farmers market, and prints no prohibited-use list, unlike the Neighbourhood Park (P1) zone alongside it. Its regulations give a 7.5 metre minimum side and rear yard, an 11.0 metre maximum building height, parking under section 5, and cross-references to sections 4.26, 4.27 and 4.28 for urban farm, community garden and urban farmers market provisions.
