Section 7.5 of the City of Hamilton Zoning By-law, covering the Conservation/Hazard Land (P5) zone. It is a single page: three permitted uses — conservation, flood and erosion control facilities, and recreation, passive — with no regulations, no prohibited-use list and no yard or height provisions printed beneath them. Its only amendment reference is By-law 06-166, June 14, 2006, the date the page also carries. It is the urban conservation zone, separate from the rural P6, P7 and P8 conservation/hazard land zones.

What it covers

  • 7.5.1 Permitted Uses
