Permitted uses include hotel, conference or convention centre, restaurant, motor vehicle service station, production studio and manufacturing. Its regulations are the longest of Hamilton's business park zones: yards abutting a street, height beside residential and institutional zones, office floor area caps, landscaped areas, named streets where outdoor storage is limited, access to Trinity Church Road, and where restaurants may sit.
