An undertaking addressed to the City of Hamilton by the owner or applicant of a lot in a proposed plan of subdivision, given with a model home building permit application. The owner undertakes to remove the model home should the plan of subdivision not be registered within twelve months of permit issuance, and deposits three thousand dollars ($3,000) with the City as security for that removal, returned on registration. The letter also authorizes the City to draw on the deposit and carry out the removal itself.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
