The Airport (U1) zone of the City of Hamilton's zoning by-law, section 13.1 and the first of its three utility zones. It carries a single permitted use, airport, and a single regulation setting minimum yards of 15.0 metres from any lot line, carried by By-law No. 15-236 of October 14, 2015. The two other utility zones, Utility (U2) and Parking (U3), are published as their own sections of the same by-law.
