A short repealing by-law of the City of Hamilton. Its recitals record that on the 26th day of September, 2007 the city passed By-law No. 07-282, being the pesticide use by-law, and that repealing it had become necessary; its two enacting clauses repeal that by-law and bring the repeal into effect on the date of passing. It carries no definitions, prohibitions or schedules of its own. Written approval was given by mayoral decision MDE-2024 25, and it was passed on November 27, 2024.
