The City of Hamilton Building Division's agreement form for a residential demolition deemed a routine demolition under By-law 22-101, which delegates consent to demolition in an area of demolition control to the Chief Building Official under the Planning Act. It sets out the conditions of approval — a building permit for a replacement building, a $20,000 per dwelling unit sum collectable as municipal taxes and a lien on the property where the replacement is not erected within two years, registration of both conditions on title — with the owner's signature.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
