The City of Hamilton's EEDS 2017 Energy Efficiency Design Summary on the SB-12 performance path, posted beside its prescriptive counterpart among Hamilton's residential building permit documents. Authorized by OHBA, OBOA and LMCBO, it is used by a designer to show a house's design complies with the Building Code under subsections 3.1.2. and 3.1.3. of SB-12: performance, ENERGY STAR or R-2000.
