Schedule 1 to the City of Hamilton's application for a permit to construct or demolish, filed once for each individual who reviews and takes responsibility for design activities on the project. It records that individual's firm and contact details, then the design activities they undertook under Building Code Table 3.5.2.1. of Division C — house, small buildings, large buildings, complex buildings, structural, plumbing, HVAC, building services, detection, lighting and power, fire protection, on-site sewage systems. The declaration of designer carries individual and firm BCINs, or a basis for exemption.
