By-law No. 17-030-OMB-01, amending City of Hamilton By-law No. 17-030 to reflect option 2 of the Watson report (amended) on the authority of the Ontario Municipal Board. It describes each of the city's fifteen wards as a route between named streets, escarpment brows and municipal boundaries, and carries the ward maps. Bound in with it is the Board's decision in Dobrucki v. Hamilton (City), case MM170025, heard October 2017, which weighs the Hamilton criteria and effective representation. The extract here ends partway through that decision.
