The zoning by-law for the former City of Stoney Creek, By-law No. 3692-92, consolidated to May 2026 and cited in its own text as the Zoning By-law of the City of Stoney Creek. An explanatory note records that the Ontario Municipal Board approved it, except where noted, on the 31st day of May, 1994. Fifteen parts run from introduction, definitions and interpretation through the rural, residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and open space zones to administration, and an index lists each amending by-law with its date, applicant, map and property address.
