The City of Hamilton's one form for every temporary sign type under Sign By-law 10-197 — a-frame or portable, digital, mobile and new home development signs — each with its own section beneath a shared applicant block. It records the property owner's or manager's consent, the business advertised and the wording on the sign, and for mobile signs a start date and a 7, 14 or 28 day period. A questionnaire covers conservation authority and Niagara Escarpment Commission lands, and visibility from the Lincoln Alexander and Red Hill Valley parkways.
