Overview

Markham's Builder Tip No. 94, dated January 1, 2025, explaining the New Home Report a City building inspector issues at or before the first inspection of a new home, followed by the report form itself under Building Code Act s. 18(1). The tip quotes the inspector's powers and how items marked for submission work. The form lists construction elements, among them windows, brick ties, air barrier, spray foam, guards, EIFS, cladding, two foundation surveys by Surveyor's Real Property Report and sewer connections, each pointing to its Builder Tip.
