Overview

Markham Building Standards Department Builder Tip No. 97, dated January 1, 2025 and updated to the 2024 OBC, on water service pipe size for a single-family house, filed with the City's housing tips under the 2024 Ontario Building Code. It quotes Sentence 7.6.3.4.(6), Size, on an NPS ¾ in. water service where ¾ in. piping runs to the base of each riser and the hydraulic load is no more than 26 fixture units under Table 7.6.3.2.-A.
